1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any manuals, parts, and accessories.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item:

  • Please initiate a return for the original item following the return process above.
